#kinetipfitness 🤜🏻Lo básico del Push - Up 🤛🏻

Este es uno de los ejercicios más comunes y uno de los más desafiantes en aquellos que son más sedentarios, por eso es importante tener buenos pilares para hacerlo de manera óptima.

Se que son MUCHAS las preguntas y harto que resolver, por ende, si te van quedando dudas déjalas en los comentarios 🙏🏻

Lo básico:
1️⃣ Apoyo: debes sentir las manos como una base firme 💪🏻, que permita transmitir la energía de manera eficiente hacia el suelo 
2️⃣CORE: tu zona media debe mantenerse firme durante todo el trayecto, es muy común que dejes caer la cadera cuando llegas a la posición final
3️⃣ Cuello: que se mantenga alineado o con cierta extensión (no es malo) pero si dejas que tu cabeza caiga, pierdes eficiencia de empuje 🤷🏻‍♂️

Las Variantes: ✅ Push up con codos cerca: NO es mala y tiende a reclutar más triceps
✅ Push up con codos en 30 -45 grados: es la más eficiente 🌟: tu escápula se afirma mejor y aprovechas tanto los triceps como los pectorales (y otros)
✅ “T” Push up: suelen decir que te va a lesionar o ocasionar dolores y la respuesta es: DEPENDE. Si vas acostumbrando al cuerpo a lograr ese empuje ➡️ NO PROBLEM 👌🏻. Si es primera vez que intentas push ups, trata de lograr las otras variables, recuerda que: “se lesiona aquel que intenta hacer mucho con poco acostumbramiento” (o x golpes directos 🤣)

Es muy importante que entiendas que NO hay movimientos perfectos pero sí más eficientes, también que NO todo te va a lesionar si lo haces de manera gradual 💡.

600 lbs raw finally. 
I thought I should take this moment to say a little about myself since many of you are new. My name is Isaac Fleming and I've been training for strongman for about 4 years. When I started i weighed 115-120 lbs or a little over 50 kg. I had depression issues and no goals other than playing video games and trying to forget how pathetic i was. Then I discovered a highlight video of the 2013 world's strongest man competition. I saw a way to try impressing the people who wouldn't have anything to do with me, but it grew into the single most important addiction in my life. I have a very long way to go but PRs like this are important for me to motivate myself to be better and a warning to never be the old me. Have a muscular day.

Although the bench press is an upper body exercise. The entire body should be utilized to make it an effective movement.  Here are some 4 GENERAL tips. ▪Legs should be driving into the floor. ▪The entire core should be engaged. ▪Your scapula should be retracted and depressed. ▪Lats are utilized for core stability and should contribute to the press. 
If you aren't doing those 4 things. its time to work on your technique.
